Mr Turner completed the Resolution Institute (formerly LEADR) mediation course, and is a nationally accredited mediator (NMAS). He is a Professional Member of the Resolution Institute. He has also completed ACDC mediation courses. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, having acted as a private mediator on many occasions. Mr Turner has been appointed to the NSW Bar Association’s mediator panel, as well as the NSW District Court and Local Court mediator panels. He has also been appointed to the ACT Local Court mediator panel.
As an experienced mediator, Graeme is adept at managing the many competing interests and factors that arise in any mediation. He takes a careful and facilitative approach towards the parties in order to address and resolve any obstacles to the successful resolution of a dispute.

As a member of 12 Wentworth Selborne Chambers, Graeme is also able to provide mediation facilities in the Floor's specialised mediation rooms in Selborne Chambers on Phillip Street.
Mr Turner has also been appointed to the arbitration panel for the NSW Bar Association as well as for the District Court and Local Court. He has conducted over 30 arbitrations for the District Court, as well as some for the Local Court and also private arbitrations. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a prestigious world-wide arbitration body centred in London, UK. He is also accredited as an expert determiner by the NSW Bar Association and has acted as an expert determiner.
Graeme is an experienced and accredited expert determiner.
His expert determinations and neutral evaluations include construction of a contract between a developer and a government body in Newcastle relating to property development as well as reviews of personal injury claims.
Graeme has also completed the Bar Association’s Expert Determiner’s Workshop as well as the Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Workshop and the Arbitration Workshop.
