Continued learning and development is an important aspect of professional development for both Counsel and the solicitors who instruct them. To that end, the Floor hosts an annual seminar series in its function space on Phillip St which addresses a range of important and relevant topics (further details of which can be seen in the upcoming events section).
The Governor-General has in The Queen’s Birthday Honour’s List conferred the award of Officer in the Order of Australia, General Division, on our colleague The Honourable Dennis Antill COWDROY AO QC for distinguished service to the law, and to the judiciary in the civilian and military spheres, through a range of senior roles.
