Alexandra Rose is a specialist in public law and inquiries.
Ms. Rose has had an international legal career, having worked in London, Milan, Paris and Berlin. Alexandra was a solicitor at Linklaters LLP, a Judicial Assistant to Lord Justice Lloyd at the Court of Appeal in London and worked as a human rights lawyer for various institutions in Europe including the Essex Business and Human Rights Project, the European Centre for Constitutional and Human Rights and the UK Commission on a Bill of Rights.
Immediately prior to coming to the Bar, Ms. Rose worked as a Senior Solicitor at the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, working on numerous case studies and instructing Counsel Assisting in the public hearings into Knox Grammar School, the Retta Dixon Home in Darwin and the Parramatta Girls’ Training School and Institution for Girls in Hay.
