- Insight Vacations Pty Ltd v Young [2011] HCA 16 - question of whether State law picked up and applied as surrogate federal law.
- Hoxton Park Residents' Action Group Inc. v Liverpool City Council (No 2) [2011] NSWCA 363 - validity of State and Commonwealth legislation having regard to ss. 96, 106, 116 and 128 of the Commonwealth Constitution.
- Special Commission of Inquiry into the Electricity Transactions - Inquiry into (i) the sale of electricity assets by the NSW Government in 2010 and (ii) options for future action with respect to the electricity sector in NSW (counsel assisting).
- Australians for Sustainable Development Inc v Minister for Planning [2011] NSWLEC 33 - judicial review of the Minister’s approval of two major projects under Pt 3A of EPA Act at the Barangaroo Site.
