Greg had extensive experience as a litigation solicitor in private practice for over 6 years prior to being called to the bar.


Specific Areas of Practice

Greg has a broad civil practice taking in commercial, equity and common law cases.

He has experience in a wide variety of matters including in the areas of contracts, banking, property (sale of land, leases, easements, options, caveats), trusts, trade practices (misleading or deceptive conduct), estoppel, sale of goods, bailment, restitution, insurance, franchising (service stations), partnerships, wills, probate, family provision, injunctive relief, professional negligence, industrial accidents, nuisance, malicious prosecution, inquests and disciplinary proceedings.

He regularly appears in the Supreme Court and District Courts and on occasion in the Federal Court, Court of Appeal and in specialist tribunals such as the Administrative Decisions Tribunal. He also has experience in conducting mediations and arbitrations.
