Specific Areas of Practice

David's practice prior to coming to the bar covered a wide range of practice areas including debt recovery and insolvency, contract, misrepresentation, trade practices and competition law, corporations, takeovers and funds management, equity and trusts, administrative and constitutional law. David wishes to develop those and other practice areas.

David has either appeared or instructed in the Local, District and Supreme Courts and the Federal Court and High Court and will accept briefs to appear in any relevant jurisdiction.
